« Last chance for haiku contest! | Main | We have a winner, er, two winners »

ha! -- about the cat. That's truly funny. I have one, too, but younger and she seems to be fascinated with hiding behind corners and batting at your legs when you step in to a room.
Congrats to the haiku winners!

Rufus gave one of those prize-winning feline double-takes before Christmas. While he was sleeping on the ottoman, I moved the cat tree to the other side of the room, put up the fake Christmas tree, lights and trimmed it. About 3.5 hours later he got up, stretched and was totally shocked to see his cat tree had turned into a "real" tree!!

I have never owned a cat. Is that why I'm having such trouble knitting my first sock? My midwife once told me don't try and be an A+ parent. You will do a better job if you are somewhere around a C. Bad Mother Award sounds like a good C parent

Hey, if you like John Hiatt, check out my ex: www.fredgillenjr.com

Thanks for the fun contest!

A cat person...? Great. Now I can't talk to you anymore ;o)
